- Handle procurement of raw materials, poultry feed ingredients, packaging materials, and other farm requirements.
- Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records for all materials.
- Track material receipts, issues, transfers, and consumption across farm locations.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
- Verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and stock registers.
- Prepare regular reports on purchases, stock availability, consumption, shortages, and material wastage.




- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs and minimize inventory losses.
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and traceability of materials.
- Coordinate with farm, production, and management teams to forecast material requirements and avoid stockouts.

Requirements

- Experience in procurement, inventory management, vendor management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Positive numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain systematic records and prepare inventory reports.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and inventory reconciliation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
