Position: Architect
1. Fresher / Entry-Level Architect
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: 15,000–30,000 per month(based on skills and experience)
2. Junior Architect
Experience: 2–4 years
Salary: 30,000–50,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
3. Senior Architect
Experience: 4–6 years
Salary: 50,000–70,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Mandatory Requirements
Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor’s in Architecture) is mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit and adobe photoshop Strong command over working drawings, 3D visualizations, reports and costing &estimation.; Excellent design detailing and presentation skills
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion Prepare high- quality working drawings and design documentation Handle project coordination and stakeholder communication Ensure smooth project management and timely deliverables
