Job Title: Business Development Manager – Cosmetics Industry

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or professional hair care industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors and salon clients, and achieving sales targets to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Identify and appoint new distributors, super stockists, and salon clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase secondary sales.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
- Visit salons, distributors, and potential customers to generate business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share business development plans with management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, salon, or professional hair care industry is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby areas for business meetings.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.

Salary & Advantages
