Job Title: Sr. System Analyst – ERP & Business Applications

Location: Coimbatore (onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to analyze client and business requirements and translate them into clear functional and system requirements for software development teams. The candidate will work closely with clients, Sales, Business Analysts, Developers, QA and Project Managers to understand business processes, design application workflows, define system requirements, review developed modules and reports, and recommend suitable solutions for complex business requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of business applications, system analysis, databases, APIs, software development processes and application workflows.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, ERP applications or software development.
- Experience working with both business stakeholders and software development teams. Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently on client requirements and provide clear direction to development teams.

Key Roles

1.



Analyze client requirements and business processes for ERP, CRM, HRM, LMS and custom business applications.

2. Convert business requirements into detailed functional and system requirements.

3. Design application workflows, modules, features, business rules, validations and data requirements.

4. Act as a bridge between clients/business teams and software development teams.

5. Analyze complex requirements and recommend practical and scalable system solutions. 6. Review application modules, screens, workflows, reports and dashboards against agreed requirements.

7. Ensure the developed solution is functionally aligned with client requirements.
