Job Summary

Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of beverage preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Verify guest age where required and comply with company policies.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.

Requirements





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a lounge, bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and robust teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in high-volume restaurants, pubs, or lounge bars will be preferred.
