We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to manage a team of customer service representatives and drive performance excellence in the BFSI domain.
Location: Gurugram (Sector 30)
Salary: Upto ₹7 LPA
Shift: Rotational (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team while ensuring strict adherence to process guidelines and operational standards.
- Handle customer and operational escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including CSAT, Quality, and AHT.
- Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional development and performance improvement.
- Identify performance gaps and implement effective strategies to improve team productivity, service quality,
and overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International BFSI process.
- BPO experience is mandatory, preferably in an international customer service setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve operational targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
