The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, coordinating visual assets with internal stakeholders, and optimizing content for reach and interaction. The Social Media Manager will monitor channels, respond to comments and messages in a skilled manner, and track performance metrics to refine strategy. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and informative communication about services, events, and educational materials.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.





Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to healthcare and patient education.

Excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and accessible content.

Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or visual content coordination, and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site clinical environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industries is an advantage, along with understanding of ethical and regulatory considerations in medical communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
