We are hiring Academic Counsellors with a background in B.Tech or MCA. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the education sector and a passion for guiding students in their academic journey. Freshers are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and program details.
- Understand student needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
Skills Required:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of the education sector
- Confidence in explaining technical or academic concepts
- Problem-solving and student-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- B.Tech or MCA (Mandatory)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience welcome
