Job Brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and active Solar Technical Site Visitor to conduct technical feasibility surveys for solar PV installations across assigned client sites. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing rooftop environments, electrical infrastructure, and reporting accurate data to ensure optimal solar setup design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Evaluation: Conduct on-site physical surveys assigned remotely by the Team Lead to evaluate roof area, shading factors, structural integrity, and orientation.
- Electrical Inspection: Inspect existing electrical panels, earthing systems, transformer connection points, and potential cable routing pathways.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record structural and electrical measurements, capture required geo-tagged photographs, and submit daily technical survey reports to the Team Lead via mobile apps/systems.
- Client Coordination:



Maintain professional communication while visiting client properties and represent the company positively on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Age Limit: 21 to 32 years
- Education: 12th Pass + Diploma or ITI in Electrician / Electrical Trade.
- Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in solar site technical surveys or solar PV installations.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar PV components, AC/DC wiring systems, structural safety, and basic mobile/digital reporting tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across assigned locations (Travel allowance fully provided).

Compensation & Perks

- Monthly Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
- Travel Allowance: Fully covered/reimbursed by the company for site visits.
