A Life Asia Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Life Asia insurance applications.
The BA acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of policy administration, underwriting, claims, and product changes. They prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow documents, support SIT/UAT testing, and perform impact analysis for system enhancements. The role also involves requirement clarification, defect triage, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
