What you’ll do:
▪ Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
▪ Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
▪ Maintain recruitment trackers and assist with onboarding.
Requirements:
▪ 3–6 months of recruitment experience.
▪ MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, not mandatory.
▪ Solid communication and coordination skills.
▪ Immediate joiners preferred.
