Job Description of Digital Marketing Specialist

Inventia Technology Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen the company’s brand reputation and enhance visibility across corporate initiatives, including sustainability, diversity and inclusion, CSR, business, and technology innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Plan, run and optimize Google Ads (Search/Display) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Build and test landing pages, lead forms and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Hand leads over to the sales/CRM team with proper source tagging, and track lead-to-meeting conversion.
- Manage ad budgets and monitor CPL, CTR and ROAS daily.

SEO & Website

- Do keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page optimisation (meta tags, content, internal linking, page speed).
- Run off-page SEO: quality backlinks, business listings and guest posts.
- Track rankings, traffic and technical issues through Google Search Console and fix them with the web team.

Social Media (LinkedIn-first)

- Manage the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages, with a monthly content calendar.
- Grow LinkedIn reach through company posts, leadership content and employee advocacy.
- Track engagement and follower growth, and adjust content based on what performs.

Content Marketing

- Write or coordinate blogs, case studies, client success stories, explainer posts and short videos.
- Create basic creatives in Canva, and brief the design team on larger assets.
- Keep messaging and branding consistent across all channels.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

- Run email campaigns and newsletters to corporate client and prospect databases, with segmentation.
- Support WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, including templates, audience lists and response tracking.
- Monitor open, click and reply rates and improve them.





Analytics & Reporting

- Track performance in GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Share weekly and monthly reports on leads, traffic, spend, CPL and channel-wise ROI, with explicit next actions.

Coordination

- Work with sales, design and tech teams on campaigns, events, webinars and product launches.
- Stay current on algorithm changes, ad platform updates and AI marketing tools.

Key Performance Indicators

- Monthly qualified leads (MQLs) and cost per lead
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
- Organic traffic and keyword ranking growth
- LinkedIn engagement and follower growth
- Email/WhatsApp campaign response rates

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media marketing
- Comfortable with GA4, Search Console, Canva and at least one SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs or Ubersuggest)
- Good written English, enough to produce clean posts, ad copy and emails without heavy editing
- Analytical mindset, comfortable reading numbers and acting on them
- Able to manage several campaigns against deadline

Knowledge and Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Degree and proven work experience in digital marketing domain is a must 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications or media relations
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management as well as with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Must be able to travel 10% of the year for corporate events

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
