- Lead end-to-end Alumina Plant Operations and P&L.;
- Robust expertise in Bayer Process, Digestion, Clarification, Precipitation & Calcination.
- Drive cost optimization, EBITDA improvement and productivity.
- Improve ATH recovery, bauxite utilization and caustic recovery.
- Optimize energy, chemical consumption and overall process efficiency.
- Lead plant teams and ensure safety, quality and production targets.

- Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy with strong experience in Alumina Refinery / Bayer Process, plant operations, cost reduction and profitability improvement.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
