About Refill Health

Refill Health Wellbeing Pvt. Ltd. is an early-stage mental health and wellbeing platform focused on making mental healthcare more accessible and convenient. Our platform is currently in the final stages of development and is preparing for launch. We are looking for a serious and reliable Backend Developer who can contribute to the development, integration, and ongoing improvement of our platform.

Position Details

- Position: Freelance Backend Developer
- Work Mode: Remote
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Working Hours: Flexible, but 6 hours must be completed each day

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve backend features for the platform.
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services.
- Manage backend integrations with the frontend and other platform components.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Ensure data security, consistency, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend and database-related issues.
- Work closely with the frontend and other technical team members.
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and platform improvements.
- Contribute to the stability and scalability of the platform before and after launch.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of backend development.
- Good knowledge of backend programming and API development.
- Good experience with databases and database management.
- Strong SQL and database optimization skills.




- Understanding of backend architecture and integrations.
- Ability to debug and solve technical issues independently.
- Good understanding of data security and performance.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Important

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in working with Refill Health for the long term.

- Candidates must be able to consistently dedicate 6 hours per day.
- Working hours are flexible, but the complete 6 hours must be contributed each day.
- This opportunity is not suitable for candidates looking for short-term or occasional work.
- Candidates should be comfortable taking responsibility for their assigned work and meeting agreed timelines.
