WE’RE HIRING: FINANCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATES | KOLKATA

We are looking for 3 Finance Operations Associates to join our team in Kolkata! Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 1–2 years
Openings: 3
Shift: US Pacific Time overlap required (final timings to be confirmed)

OPEN POSITIONS

1. BILLING ASSOCIATE (1 OPENING)

- Invoice generation and pre-bill checks
- Billing adjustments, rebills, and invoice queries

2. CASH APPLICATION ASSOCIATE (1 OPENING)

- Payment allocation and bank reconciliation
- Unapplied cash research and AR ageing support

3. ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE (1 OPENING)

- Client account setup and customer record maintenance
- Billing instructions and documentation checks

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 1–2 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Finance Operations
- Good understanding of invoice processing, payment allocation, and reconciliation
- Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- NetSuite knowledge preferred




- Strong attention to detail and good English communication
- Ability to follow SOPs, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work hours overlapping with US Pacific Time

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Finance BPOs, Shared Services Centres (SSCs), Global Capability Centres (GCCs), accounting outsourcing, or experience supporting US clients. Legal industry experience is a plus.
