Position: Fleet Safety & Compliance Coordinator
Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Job Summary

RTC BPM Private Limited is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate to support fleet safety and compliance operations for a US trucking business. The role involves monitoring vehicle inspection reports, tracking safety defects, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with drivers, maintenance, and operations teams during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor truck and trailer inspection reports and identify reported safety defects.
- Track vehicle defects and coordinate follow-up with drivers, maintenance, and operations teams.
- Monitor applicable US DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements, documentation, and deadlines.
- Escalate critical safety concerns and reliable vehicle defects to the appropriate management team without delay.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, defect logs, corrective-action updates, and compliance trackers.
- Follow up on pending repairs and safety-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify recurring vehicle defects and report patterns to management.
- Prepare daily safety reports and handover notes for the next shift.
- Communicate professionally with US-based drivers and internal teams through calls, emails, and online systems.
- Follow company procedures and maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks during night operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, trailers,



vehicle inspections, tires, brakes, and common mechanical defects is desirable.
- Knowledge of US DOT and FMCSA regulations is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, documentation, and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify safety concerns and escalate urgent issues promptly.

Experience

Candidates with experience in fleet safety, transport compliance, vehicle inspections, commercial vehicle maintenance, or trucking operations are preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to learn may also be considered for a junior or trainee position.

Mandatory Shift Requirement

- Must be willing to work the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Must be comfortable working according to US trucking operations schedules.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for the assigned shift.
- Must be able to manage urgent safety issues and complete proper shift handovers.
