GRAPHICS KNOWLEDGE

Core Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Programming: Outline the client's design objectives, preferences, and space usage constraints to define the project brief.
- Space Planning & Reconfiguration: Propose layout adjustments and evaluate spatial movement to maximize comfort, productivity, and accessibility.
- Conceptualization & Visualization: Create mood boards, material sample presentations, and sketches to communicate the artistic vision.
- Technical Drawing & Software Design: Produce accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and 3D architectural renderings using CAD or computational design applications.
- FF&E; Procurement: Source and specify Furniture, Fixtures, and Fittings (FF&E;), including fabrics, flooring, wall coverings, and lighting.
- Project & Budget Management: Estimate total project costs, formulate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), outline timelines, and manage trade contractors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all blueprints and layouts strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and universal accessibility standards.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality, coordinate with architects or engineers,



and inspect completed work before handover.

Essential Skills

- Technical Hard Skills: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Deep knowledge of structural systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and building materials.
- Creative & Spatial Abilities: Strong artistic creativity, color coordination, spatial awareness, and manual sketching abilities.
- Soft Skills: Active listening and persuasive communication for client presentations, robust cross-functional teamwork, resourcefulness, and detail-oriented project management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related Fine Arts discipline.
- Experience & Portfolio: A strong qualified portfolio demonstrating conceptualization, execution, and rendering capabilities. Entry-level positions generally require internships.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
