Position: Service Engineer

Experience: 0–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
Industry: Industrial Machinery / Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of machinery.
- Attend customer complaints and provide technical support.
- Visit customer sites for breakdown and service requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Explain machine operation and maintenance to customers.
- Follow up on pending service issues and spare parts requirements.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of machinery, mechanical/electrical systems.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
