Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team for the Agra region.
- Set sales targets for team members and ensure timely achievement of assigned targets.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust client network in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular team meetings, review sales performance, and guide team members to improve productivity.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective lead management, client follow-ups, and timely closure of sales.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills:
- Strong team management and sales leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Strong connections with architects, builders, contractors, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and expand business in the Agra market.
- Experience in the uPVC windows, doors, or façade industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
An MBA in Marketing with relevant sales management experience or a candidate with 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and team handling. Candidates with experience in the uPVC windows and façade industry and an established network of architects and builders will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
