- Handling branch operations, inspiring the team and ensuring teamwork to achieve branch targets every month.
- Ensure month-on-month gold loan growth for the branch.
- Canvassing and marketing all products, including debentures, insurance, and tours & travel.
- Custodian of keys, cash management and accounting, gold appraisals, interest collection.
- Customer relationship building, improving interest collections, controlling NPAs, and participating in marketing activities
