Role Overview

We are looking for an MPT-qualified Physiotherapy Clinical Specialist to support clinical assessments, product training, research, and the development of digital rehabilitation solutions. The role involves working closely with clinical, R&D;, product, and marketing teams to ensure effective product usage and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse assessment reports and provide clinical insights, recommendations, and patient counselling.
- Develop treatment protocols and maintain clinical documentation.
- Conduct patient assessments and analyse reports using the company's product.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and structured training sessions for physiotherapists and healthcare professionals, ensuring correct clinical usage and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team on clinical inputs, clinical documentation, and product development.
- Support clinical use cases, research documentation, clinical studies, and research publications.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop scientifically accurate clinical content, including case studies, brochures, presentations, training materials, website and social media content, videos,



webinars, and customer stories.
- Organise and participate in CMEs, workshops, conferences, and other clinical activities; travel as required.
- Bridge feedback between field teams and internal R&D;, Product, and Clinical teams to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Present clinical value propositions, generate awareness, and support scientific engagement at medical events.
- Support application testing in collaboration with the Design and Development team.

Qualifications and Skills

- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and clinical discussions.
- Interest in health technology and digital rehabilitation solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Clinical, R&D;, and Sales.
