Hiring – Customer Support Representative

Process: E-commerce

Experience: 0–5 Years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through Voice/Chat as per process requirements.

Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and related concerns.Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.Follow process guidelines and maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.

6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary

Range- ₹22000-₹30000 CTC (Monthly)

Night Travel Allowance will be paid separately

Eligibility: 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Versant score: 5–6.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and from office.

Immediate joiners preferred.
