Job Summary

MM Resort is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and personnel administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to manage HR activities in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary coordination, and employee data management.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and manpower availability.
- Ensure timely maintenance of HR records and compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full-and-final documentation,



and employee clearance.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across resort departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Hospitality, hotel, or resort industry experience will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and candidate pipeline management.
- Knowledge of attendance, leave management, onboarding, employee documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate should be organised, approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both recruitment and routine HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
