We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and sell our IT and digital services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making calls, following up with leads, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations/proposals, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with the technical, marketing, and project teams during the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and following up with prospective clients.
- Basic understanding of websites, software, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet-based tools.
- Previous experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, B2B sales, or business development will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
