English Language Trainer – Professional Training

We are hiring experienced English Language Trainers to deliver professional English training to international corporate clients.

This is a work-from-home opportunity with positions available on a Full-Time, Part-Time, and Freelance basis.

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver English language training to professionals from international organisations.
- Conduct engaging and effective online training sessions.
- Follow the training framework and materials provided by the organisation.
- Adapt training delivery to the needs and proficiency levels of individual learners.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled sessions.

All training materials, learner information, and other resources required to conduct the sessions will be provided.

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a corporate workplace is preferred.
- Previous experience as an English language trainer or teacher is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English with clear and internationally understandable pronunciation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable communicating with professionals from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Professional, reliable, and confident in conducting online sessions.

Work Arrangement

Freelance: Flexible working hours, subject to available training slots.

Part-Time: Fixed working hours as per the agreed schedule.

Full-Time: Fixed working hours as per the agreed schedule.

Work From Home Requirements

Candidates must have:

- Their own laptop or desktop computer suitable for conducting online training.
- A good-quality headset/headphones with a clear microphone.
- A private and quiet room or workspace with no interruptions or background noise.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection.
- A reliable backup internet connection to ensure continuity in case of connectivity issues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
