JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

IMPORTANT: THE JOB INCLUDES A MANDATORY 15-DAY TRIAL PERIOD. CONTINUATION OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD.

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with labour and vendors, and complete interior projects within the specified timeline.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior work, including carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical, partitions, and furniture installation.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage labour, contractors, vendors, and daily work allocation.
- Monitor material consumption, stock availability, and wastage.
- Maintain daily attendance, work progress records, and site photographs.
- Share regular progress updates and material requirements with management.
- Coordinate with the client’s site team and ensure timely snag rectification.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Report delays,



discrepancies, and additional work requirements to management for approval.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or commercial interior projects.
- Diploma/ITI in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishing work, drawings, and BOQs.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations across India.

4. Trial Period & Performance Expectations

- Mandatory 15-day trial period.
- Performance will be evaluated based on punctuality, discipline, technical knowledge, work quality, coordination, and reporting.
- Continuation of employment will depend on satisfactory performance.
- The candidate must follow company policies regarding attendance, leave, safety, and professional conduct.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site In-charge / Management

Key Objective: To ensure quality execution, effective site management, minimum material wastage, and timely completion of interior projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
