At Komal Healthcare we are looking for CNC Programmer for our unit at Bhayandar East, Mumbai.
Education - Diploma in CNC Turning & Operation
Experience - 2-5 years
Salary - 25000/- to 30000/- Per Month
Duty - 6 days a week, 10 hrs Duty.
Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Mount and secure raw bar stock or castings into the machine chuck, adjust collets, and install cutting tools on the turret.
- Programming & Editing: Load, test, and run G-code or M-code programs, making minor tool-offset or feed-speed adjustments as needed.
- Operation & Monitoring: Oversee the turning process, check for unusual vibrations or tool wear, and perform single-step or cycle-start routines.
- Quality Inspection: Measure finished components using precision tools like micrometers, vernier calipers, and thread gauges to verify tight tolerances.
- Maintenance & Safety: Check coolant and lubrication levels daily, deburr completed parts, and follow standard factory safety (OSHA) rules.
