Job Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase to manage procurement activities for a handicrafts and hard goods manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in vendor management, material sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase coordination, along with knowledge of metal, wood, and paper materials.

Candidates with prior experience in handicrafts, hard goods, lamps, or lighting products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Source materials such as metal, wood, paper, and other production-related items.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
- Compare supplier quotations and maintain purchase records.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor details, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with production, stores, inventory, and other departments.
- Monitor material quality,



delivery timelines, and supplier performance.
- Support cost control and efficient purchasing operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchase and procurement.
- Previous experience in the handicrafts or hard goods industry is required.
- Practical knowledge of metal, wood, and paper materials.
- Valuable understanding of vendor development, sourcing, and price negotiation.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Engineering background will be an added advantage.
- Experience in lamps, lighting, and decorative hard goods will be preferred.
