Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Viceroy Luxury Lake Resort and Spa, Kochi

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, disciplined, and passionate Chef de Partie to join our upcoming luxury resort in Kochi.

Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
- Excellent food preparation, cooking, presentation, and plating skills.
- Ability to manage a kitchen section independently and maintain consistent food quality.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, portion control, and kitchen standards.
- Ability to prepare quality dishes, including specialty and contemporary cuisine.
- Must be well-disciplined, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
- Ability to coordinate with the Executive Chef and Consulting Chef to maintain high culinary standards.
