- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts department.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of automobile spare parts and accessories.
- Handle parts ordering, receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing procedures.
- Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock verification.
- Maintain accurate stock records, invoices, and parts transaction details in the DMS.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the manufacturer for parts procurement and delivery.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock to improve inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of spare parts.
- Handle customer and workshop enquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and minimize stock discrepancies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
