Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our real estate consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, property presentations, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, telecalling, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Identify customer requirements, budgets, and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
- Promote residential and commercial properties in Bangalore and other locations in Southern India.
- Conduct and coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into site visits and sales.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.




- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
- Stay updated on property prices, market trends, localities, and recent projects.
- Coordinate with developers, project representatives, customers, and senior management.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 1–2 years of work experience, with prior real estate/property sales experience mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling and field sales.
- Willing to travel to project sites across Bangalore and Southern India.
- Must know how to drive a two-wheeler and own a two-wheeler for local travel
- Willingness to learn and work closely with senior team members.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
