Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Tax Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and taxation-related activities. Candidates who have completed CA Intermediate or are semi-qualified CA/CA dropouts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related documentation.
- Assist with GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and tax-related records.
- Assist with income tax computations, audit documentation, and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and taxation records.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for payroll and compliance matters.





Required Skills

- Knowledge of payroll processing and Indian taxation.
- Understanding of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar tools.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.

Eligibility

- CA Inter, semi-qualified CA, or CA dropout.
- B.Com/M.Com candidates with relevant payroll and taxation experience may also apply.
- Freshers with strong taxation knowledge may be considered.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in payroll, taxation, accounting, or statutory compliance.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
