This opening is for candidates with a minimum of 1+ year of relevant work experience in admissions, administration and sales with the highest quality of written and verbal communication skills in English and a strong command of English grammar. The candidate should be capable of handling admissions, recruitment, and administrative operations across all three branches of Geekz Microschool (10-minute bike ride apart) in Chennai. Candidates must have their own two-wheeler (motorbike or scooter) and a valid driving license, as regular commuting between branches is mandatory. The home branch will be Adambakkam, with travel to Velachery and Nanganallur branches whenever scheduled. Candidates must possess the required skill set and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Geekz Microschool is an alternate school founded by a former Microsoft Program Manager where multi-age learners learn together, educators act more as guides than lecturers, with a heavy emphasis on digital, experiential, and eco-friendly sustainable learning. *Role Overview*

This hybrid role involves:

- Admissions Counseling, Administration & Managing Adambakkam Branch – 80%

- Recruitment, Admissions Coordination & Educator Support – 20%

- Managing admissions, recruitment, and administrative operations across all three branches: Adambakkam (home branch), Velachery, and Nanganallur.

- Commuting between branches as scheduled.

School Timing – 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Saturday.

*Recruitment Responsibilities*

- Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate inquiries across Geekz Microschool.

- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates in coordination with the leadership team.

*Educator Support:*

- Assist with educational activities in the multi-age learning environment if required (minimal on need basis)
