Job Title: Salesforce Certinia Manual Test Lead

Job Description

UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Certinia Manual Test Lead to lead manual testing activities across Salesforce Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Certinia PSA (Skilled Services Automation) and Financial Management modules, along with proven experience in leading testing teams, driving test strategy, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

The role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce and Certinia business processes, manual testing methodologies, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of Manual Testing experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Certinia (FinancialForce) testing experience
- Strong experience in:
- - Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation)
- Certinia Financial Management
- Project Accounting
- Billing & Revenue Management
- Quote-to-Cash processes

- Hands-on experience creating:
- - Test Strategy
- Test Plans
- Test Scenarios
- Test Cases
- Test Execution Reports

- Strong understanding of:
- - Salesforce Platform
- Salesforce Data Model
- Certinia Data Model

- Experience in defect management using JIRA or similar tools
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and client interaction skills
- Experience leading and mentoring testing teams
- Expertise in financial and project data validation

Roles & Responsibilities

Test Leadership & Strategy

- Define and implement comprehensive manual testing strategies for Salesforce Certinia projects.
- Estimate testing effort, define scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure complete test coverage across Certinia PSA and Financial Management modules.

Test Design & Execution

- Analyze business and functional requirements.
- Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and execution plans.
- Execute functional, integration,



regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate financial transactions, project lifecycles, billing processes, and reporting requirements.

Defect Management

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and functional consultants for defect resolution.
- Ensure closure of critical issues before production releases.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of manual testers.
- Review test artifacts and ensure testing standards are followed.
- Monitor team productivity and quality metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Provide regular status reports and risk assessments.
- Maintain high-quality customer communication and professional business etiquette.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience testing end-to-end PSA lifecycle processes.
- Exposure to:
- - Salesforce Data Loader
- Salesforce Workbench

- Experience with Salesforce Automation Tools:
- - Selenium
- Provar
- TOSCA
- Katalon Studio

- Knowledge of:
- - Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud

- Understanding of API and Integration testing
- Exposure to ERP/Financial systems integration testing
