Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and maintain motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, electrical panels, and utility equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of recent machines and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor utility systems such as DG sets, air compressors, HVAC, and electrical distribution systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive cost reduction, energy-saving, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with exposure to both mechanical and electrical maintenance will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, packaging, chemicals, or related industries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
