- Maintain records of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and accessories.
- Track asset allocation, movement, and return process.
- Update and maintain asset inventory in Excel, ERP, or IT Asset Management tools.
- Perform physical verification and audit of IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.
- Tagging and labeling of IT assets.
- Maintain stock availability and prepare inventory reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by issuing and collecting assets.
- Coordinate with IT support teams for damaged or replacement hardware.
- Ensure compliance with company asset management policies.

Required Skills:

Min - 3 years exp is required.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Knowledge of asset management and inventory handling.
