- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships through phone calls and virtual communication.
- Explain banking products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Cross-sell banking products, loans, insurance, and other financial services.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Follow banking policies and compliance procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
