Job Summary:

Cesvila Solutions Private Limited, a pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. The Medical Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with medical and healthcare professionals, and achieving or surpassing sales targets. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, and a drive to excel in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Cesvila Solutions' pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities.

Develop and maintain solid, professional relationships with medical and healthcare professionals to ensure the effective distribution and utilization of our products.

Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

Conduct product presentations, detailing the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products to potential customers.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns.

Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and other relevant data to the management.

Attend conferences,



workshops, and events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Effectively communicate product information, pricing, and offers to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Work closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably as a Medical Representative or similar role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to influence potential clients.

Familiarity with the local medical and healthcare landscape in udaipur will be advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
