Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating business through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain insurance products, including Health and life insurance policies.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Provide skilled customer service and build good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales or tele sales will be preferred
