Senior Accounts Executive – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting for multiple companies, entities, and real estate projects.
- Manage daily accounting entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST compliance, including returns, ITC reconciliation, and tax payments.
- Manage TDS calculations, deposits, returns, and related statutory compliance.
- Maintain project-wise accounts, customer collections, expenses, and RERA-related financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountants for statutory audits, tax audits, and finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly reconciliations.




- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.

Required Skills

- 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA, taxation, and audit procedures.
- Experience handling multiple company accounts and project-wise accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust reconciliation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
