About the Role
We need a Hiring Pro, a Recruitment Specialist with experience in core hiring who has closed roles across IT and Non-IT functions. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who brings a sharp sourcing strategy, owns the full lifecycle, and treats every hire like their own.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation,
and joining follow-up.
2. Hire for IT roles (developers, DevOps, data, QA) and Non-IT roles (sales, product, HR, operations, mid-management).
3. Build role-wise hiring strategies sourcing mix, timelines, talent pipelines, and
salary benchmarking.
4. Source via Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting,




and Boolean/X-ray search.
5. Track metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio; share hiring dashboards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
