Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Civil Foreman with strong on-ground construction experience and practical knowledge of four key civil trades: Shuttering Carpentry, Finishing Carpentry, Steel Fixing, and Masonry. The ideal candidate must be capable of supervising workers, executing site activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Handle shuttering and formwork carpentry, including installation, alignment, leveling, and removal.
- Manage finishing carpentry activities and ensure proper finishing quality.
- Supervise steel fixing, including reinforcement cutting, bending, placing, spacing, and binding as per drawings.
- Manage masonry work, including brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and related activities.
- Read and interpret basic construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.




- Demonstrate practical skills and guide workers in correct construction techniques.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor workforce productivity, and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors.
- Ensure quality control, material utilization, and adherence to construction standards.
- Follow site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong practical and technical knowledge of all four trades:
- Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter
- Finishing Carpenter
- Steel Fixer / Bar Bender
- Mason / Bricklayer
- Proven on-ground construction site experience.
- Ability to perform practical tasks as well as supervise and guide workers.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, tools, and materials.
- Positive understanding of construction quality, safety standards, and work procedures.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple construction activities.
- ITI, trade certification, or relevant technical qualification is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
