We are seeking a driven, experienced HR Generalist to manage our core people operations, with a heavy emphasis on talent acquisition.
1. End-to-End Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to final offer rollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
- Source candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), skilled networks, and internal referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess cultural fit, technical alignment, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive, transparent candidate experience throughout the process.
2. Induction & Employee Onboarding
- Design and deliver an engaging, informative employee orientation and induction program.
- Facilitate cross-department introductions to help new hires understand company culture, structure, and tools.
- 3. Documentation & HR Compliance
- Own the documentation process for all employee milestones (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation, Appraisals, and Exit paperwork).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is highly preferred).
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven corporate experience in a core HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition role.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in the QSR, Hospitality, or Cloud Kitchen sectors will be a strong plus.
