We Are Hiring – HR Generalist - Operations & Recruitment

Company: INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SOLUTIONS (ICS)

Location: Rajendra Nagar, Indore

Experience: 2.5+ Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Handle HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave, confirmation, and exit formalities.

Responsible payroll inputs, full and final settlements, and employee queries.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.

Maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, employee records, and dashboards using MS Excel and HRIS/ERP systems.





Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment closures.

Required Skills:

Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.

Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
