Roles & Responsibility

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain consistency in production.

2. Monitor all stages of ice cream production to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

3. Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

4. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.

5. Manage quality assurance documentation, reports, and compliance records.

6. Collaborate with production and R&D; teams to enhance product quality and innovation.

7. Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Address customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.

9. Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material quality meets company standards.

10. Lead investigations on quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.

2. Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance systems.

3. Experience with quality testing equipment and methodologies.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
