**Position:** Project Manager – Interior

### Key Responsibilities
* Manage **end-to-end interior projects** from planning to completion.
* Plan and monitor **project schedule, manpower, materials and budget**.
* Supervise site teams, contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
* Coordinate with **clients, architects, consultants and internal teams**.
* Ensure execution as per **drawings, specifications, quality and timelines**.
* Manage interior works including **carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical and finishing**.(MANDATORY)
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular **MIS/progress reports**.
* Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Ensure proper **safety, quality and housekeeping** at project sites.
### Requirements
* 4–10 years of relevant experience in **Interior Project Management**.
* Strong knowledge of **interior execution and finishing works**.
* Good leadership, client handling and contractor management skills.
* Ability to manage **multiple activities and teams simultaneously**.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel, AutoCAD and project documentation**.
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / relevant qualification preferred.
* Willingness to **travel/relocate to project sites**.
