Social Media Manager (Anjuna, Goa)

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience

The Role

You will own our social media presence end to end, from strategy and content creation to community engagement and performance reporting. You will work closely with the owner/management team to make sure our online brand reflects the real experience of visiting us.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok/YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
- Shoot and edit photos, Reels, and short-form videos (on-site and on your phone or camera)
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with events, offers, and seasons
- Write catchy captions, hashtags, and stories that match our brand voice
- Grow followers and engagement organically, and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads) if experienced
- Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews promptly and professionally
- Promote events, live music nights, special menus, and offers
- Collaborate with local influencers, creators, photographers, and brands
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and share monthly reports
- Keep up with trends, sounds, and platform updates, and adapt them to our brand
- Help manage our Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor, and other online listings

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

- 1+ years of experience managing social media for a business or brand (freelance work counts)
- A strong portfolio or live accounts you have managed
- Excellent written English (Hindi, Konkani, or other languages are a bonus)




- Skill in shooting and editing video using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe
- A good eye for visuals, composition, and aesthetics
- Understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, Reels, and engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative
- Based in or willing to relocate to North Goa (Anjuna, Vagator, Assagao, Siolim, Mapusa and nearby areas)

Nice to have:

- Experience in hospitality, F&B;, nightlife, travel, or tourism
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
- Photography or videography skills
- Familiarity with the Goa tourist season and audience
- Own camera, phone gimbal, or editing setup

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening events and shoots during peak season.
