Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety, compliance with safety regulations, and implementation of health and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will identify potential hazards, conduct inspections, and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports.
- Monitor the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection records, and incident reports.
- Coordinate emergency drills, fire safety checks, and evacuation procedures.




- Ensure employees and contractors follow safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and hazard identification.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.
- Relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A safety-conscious professional with robust monitoring skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
