*Job Description – Social Media Manager*

*Location: Masjid Bunder, Mumbai*

*Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month*

_*Job Summary*_

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently manage the company's social media presence, content strategy, paid advertising campaigns, audience engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

_*Key Responsibilities*_

* Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

* Plan and manage monthly content calendars.

* Create engaging posts, reels, videos, captions, and other digital content.

* Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other relevant platforms.

* Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance.

* Monitor social media accounts, comments, messages, and audience engagement.

* Track reach, impressions, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.

* Research industry trends, hashtags, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.

* Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members.

* Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.





* Ensure consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.

_*Requirements*_

* 1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

* Proven experience in handling social media accounts independently.

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, paid campaigns, and audience targeting.

* Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Positive understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.

* Creative thinking, communication, and planning skills.

* Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines independently.

* Experience in lead generation and performance marketing will be an advantage.
