Position: Physiotherapist – Fitness Model & Operations
Location: Delhi- NCR
Qualification: BPT / MPT in Physiotherapy
Experience: Relevant experience in fitness conditioning and exercise prescription preferred
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10 hours per day

About the Role

PhysioKarma Solutions is looking for a motivated and capable Physiotherapist to oversee the implementation and functioning of its fitness model across all centres in North Delhi. The role involves managing fitness programs, supervising teams, standardising service delivery and ensuring effective integration of fitness conditioning with physiotherapy wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the fitness model across all physiotherapy centres in North Delhi.
- Develop and implement structured fitness, strength and conditioning, mobility, and functional training programs.
- Conduct physical fitness and movement assessments and guide appropriate exercise prescription.
- Train, guide, and supervise team members involved in fitness program delivery.
- Ensure standardisation of fitness protocols, assessment procedures, and training methods across centres.




- Monitor client progress and fitness outcomes and modify programs as required.
- Ensure safe exercise practices and appropriate training progression.
- Coordinate with physiotherapy teams to integrate rehabilitation, corrective exercises, and fitness conditioning.
- Monitor service quality and identify opportunities to improve fitness operations.
- Report to management on centre performance, team requirements, and implementation progress.

Eligibility Criteria

- BPT or MPT in Physiotherapy.
- Knowledge of exercise science, functional training, and fitness conditioning.
- Experience in strength and conditioning, fitness programming, or rehabilitation-based exercise will be preferred.
- Strong team management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel between centres across North Delhi as required.
